My journey into fitness began at age 14 when I was diagnosed with scoliosis. At 18, I underwent major corrective surgery—an experience that reshaped not just my spine, but my entire outlook on life. That challenge taught me the value of discipline, consistency, and mental resilience. Over the past 12 years, I’ve turned my recovery into a passion: helping others build stronger, more capable bodies and mindsets.

As a certified personal trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), I specialize in helping clients develop sustainable fitness habits that support their goals—whether it’s building lean muscle, losing weight, or gaining confidence in the gym. I’ve worked with clients from all walks of life, including those recovering from injuries, overcoming body image struggles, or taking their very first steps toward a healthier lifestyle.

To me, fitness isn’t just about the physical transformation—it’s about reclaiming your mindset, your self-worth, and your belief in what’s possible.
